PDA 1 POLAND

Training at Poland and Cyprus of 40 youth workers / educators / policy decision makers in Municipalities / Communities / environmentalist in Green Innovation with Non-Formal Educational Activities, creating green projects or companies and spreading green ideas to all organisation and Municipalities/Communities during the mean time between the 2 trainings. Green projects will be worked according to the timetable of program in the meantime between the trainings and will be represented to the second training according to the schedule. The participants will work as multipliers in their communities for the ideas that will come from other communities and the implementation of non-formal methods about waste management and green social INNOVATION.

First training in Poland will enforce them and make them to understand that they have the power to continue with there ideas and then second TC will be there as something to say to them that they have to move to go on with their ideas so some of the ideas to become green projects or future business and some of them to get real in life in the future.

Participants should be youth workers who display at least some of the following characteristics:

1. Dealing actively with young people, whether personally or professionally. Given that one of our aims is to improve self-awareness and personal well-being, persons attending the course must have prior experience speaking in ways that achieve this purpose. While emotional awareness, environmental awareness, and green innovation are all vital, it is also necessary to be able to convey these practices to young people and to be emotionally aware of their implementation, which requires some experience.

2. Have some NFE experience. Involving individuals with experience working on similar initiatives will only improve the quality of our project because they would be familiar with and assured in our approaches. Of course, a small number of participants is adequate and is not required for participation.

3. Interested in a wide range of environmental issues. Youth workers / people who works in municipalities who are concerned about their future environment and the effects of global warming. Young people who want to learn more about the circular economy and green innovation.

4. Motivated and eager to expand their knowledge and abilities in the circular economy, since the project provides an excellent opportunity to consider starting up green businesses or projects. All activities will be designed to be fruitful enough to encourage participants to share and develop their ideas.

5. Share your concept for integrating nature into today's capitalist society through green, sustainable, and innovative projects.

6. Being able to actively contribute to the training's diffusion stage. It is critical to the project's success that all knowledge, skills, and intellectual outcomes are properly communicated and disseminated to young people all over the world using appropriate means such as social media accounts, films, webpages, television channels, or word of mouth.

7. Active involvement in any social or community service. Participants with active citizenship have the necessary networks, influences, and knowledge to contribute to the promotion of our project and to put their creative ideas into action.

Our organization has provided guidelines to the partners in charge of selecting. The partner organizations will select their participants based on their individual letters and applications, as well as their performance in interviews.

Participants with fewer opportunities: We will involve participants with less opportunities based on the demands of the partner organizations. Each organization must include at least one participant who has less opportunities (this could include social and cultural barriers, disability, living in rural areas, socioeconomic background, and so on). However, in the vast majority of situations, program organizations have arranged for the participation of two or three people who face those obstacles. Actually we didn't put any of them in the mobility flows but all organisations we agreed that we are going to have at least one participant which it will be for inclusion and he/she is volunteer or working in the NGO/Municipalities (social problem, language barriers marginalised people, single parent and a lot of other cases that we need to have always in mind)

Youth Workers' requirements: Youth workers/ environmentalist people that works in green areas from ten groups will participate in the training. Individuals that work with kids and are knowledgeable with environmental and discriminatory concerns will make up the team. Participants will need to develop new strategies for reawakening youth and encouraging them to embrace nature, empathy, creativity, confidence, and innovation, as well as the ability to think creatively, express ideas, and have the courage and confidence to put them into action.

Target Age: This is the generation that has been most badly hit by Covid 19 and the rapid rate of digital revolution in terms of unemployment and financial instability, as stated in the Target Group question. Also is the generation that sees day by day all the environmental changes through climate change. As a result, we believe it is more appropriate not to concentrate in any age but to work with all ages above 18 years old that they care about environment and environmental issues.

Gender of the Participants: We know from prior initiatives that women are more interested in participating in such projects than males are. However, our program organizations will be required to select both male and female participants. We will be in close contact with our partners during the selection process to maintain gender balance, as each country will send four participants.

Country Balance: All the countries are program countries because we believe that in this situation, all participants and all areas facing several challenges through climate change and all the countries need innovating ideas from their people.
