Starachowice is a city with a population of almost 50,000, located halfway between Krakow and Warsaw. We have a rich industrial and historical tradition with which the STAR truck brand is inextricably linked. Currently, the city also has a thriving industry on which the city's economy is based, and the potential to attract new international companies. Starachowice is one of the biggest administrative, economic and cultural centres of the Świętokrzyskie Province, found in the middle of the woodland in the northern part of the region, at the foot of the Świętokrzyskie Mountains.
Polychoros Voroklinis, Cyprus
Polychoros Voroklinis was founded in 2022 by 20 young people with the support of Voroklini Community Council with the aim to design and implement high quality activities for youth and the general population. Polychoros has a board of directors of minimum 5 people and anyone who is interested to design and implement activities related to the objectives of the organisation, can join the board of directors and get the support from Polychoros on funding opportunities, facilities usage etc to implement the activities he/she desires. Polychoros has also an Executive Committee whose members are the President of Voroklini Community Council, other Board Members of Voroklini Community Council, Accountant and Cultural officer of Voroklini Community Council and 3 young people. The Executive Committee safeguards that all activities are in line with the aims and objectives of the Voroklini Community Council.
Nó Górdio Association, Portugal
The Nó Górdio Association was founded in 2015. The main objective of the association is to provide moral, cultural and material services to people and groups in need, developing activities to protect children, young people, the elderly, the family and the community in general, seeking their well-being through solidarity and help. We seek to provide our participants with transforming and meaningful experiences in their lives.

MUNICIPIO DE VALONGO, Portugal
The Municipality of Valongo is celebrating its 183th anniversary, but the history of this 75 km2 territory - where the cities of Alfena, Ermesinde and Valongo live side by side with the villages of Campo and Sobrado - goes back millions of years to the Paleozoic Era - the trilobites being a legacy of that era. With approximately 100,000 inhabitants, Valongo is strategically located in the Metropolitan Area of Porto (AMP), with excellent accessibility, on the doorstep of the International Airport, the sea port and the second largest city in the country, which welcomes several million tourists per year. Valongo has a rich and diverse identity, with unique regional features that assert and distinguish the district in the AMP, for example age-old tradition of biscuits and regueifa bread, the art of the Traditional Portuguese Toy, the spectacular tradition of the Festival of the Bugiadas and Mouriscadas, the slate festival, the religious monuments and the beauty of the Santa Justa and Pias hills in the Serras do Porto Park. In a nutshell, the Municipality of Valongo has its focus on its people and on the life in community.
NGO INPLANET, GREECE
The INPLANET Cultural and Sport Association was founded in 2013 by 32 founding members - mostly young people aged 20-30. The number of members and friends who have been involved in various activities of INPLANET during these six years has increased significantly. INPLANET was started by a large group of young people with common interests, many of them involved in various European programs, social activities in various fields. The experience they gained through participation in various programs (some started participating in Youth in Action programs from the age of 16) transferred to the Erasmus + program and at the same time to new members and friends. In addition, the heritage of INPLANET is a large network of youth organizations, and groups that extend to almost all EU countries and non-EU countries. INPLANET participates with youth groups in many youth exchanges and training courses.
Through our participation in European programs we strive to give and receive a culture, values, knowledge and skills that are invaluable in shaping the identity and character of all young people involved in our actions. To achieve this we are working closely with local agencies in our city of Agia Varvara such as the Municipality, Cultural Associations (Cretan union, Pontian association, Roma association), the cultural organization (DIKEAV) etc. We have collaboration with the Environmental Education Academy SKYROS - a program that is implemented every summer in Skyros. INPLANET participates in the Academy having established an educational module entitled Human Rights and the Environment. In the period 2013 – 2022 we took part in more than 150 programs as hosting and sending organisation, involved more than 1400 young people and students.
MUNICIPALITY OF KORYDALLOS, GREECE
Municipality of Korydallos is a Local Governance Organization for the city of Korydallos. The city of Korydallos is located at the southwest of Attica basin considered an urban suburb of the metropolitan area of Athens – and very closed to the central port of Greece, Piraeus. Korydallos' ancient history is related to Clisthenes' political reformation of ancient classical Athens at 508 B.C. while was one of the 100 municipalities of Attica. Korydallos today is a contemporary city which population is estimated to 70.000 inhabitants. City's formation has become gradually affected by several crucial historical spots. A great amount of Greek speaking refugees was settled to the extend area after 1922 (Minor Asia Catastrophe). In1946 the small community of Koutsikari (local name of the area due to a former big landowner Emmanuel Koutsikaris) was announced as Municipality taking its official institutional recognition (14.360 residents). After Civil War during the decade of 1950a new wave of transitional population well known as "inside migration" was settled in the Korydallos (31.199 residents). During 1960's Korydallos was selected for the construction of the largest state prison in Greece.
Ukmergė district municipality, Lithuania
The Ukmergė District Municipality is a municipality in Vilnius County, Lithuania. The capital of the municipality is Ukmergė, the largest settlement and only city in the municipality. The entire municipality belongs to Aukštaitija ethnographic region.
Overall, municipalities play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and development of their local communities by providing essential services, managing resources, and fostering a sense of community and identity. The municipality is the main supporter of working with youth. It sustains the activities of the youth center and also has a youth needs coordinator who oversees the operations of the youth center and the activities of youth organizations. And also provides various opportunities for youth to self-realization.
There are 10 towns in Ukmergė municipality: Deltuva, Lyduokiai, Pabaiskas, Siesikai, Šešuoliai, Taujėnai, Vepriai, Vidiškiai, Želva and Žemaitkiemis. Ukmergė municipality shares the second place in Lithuania (with Radviliškis District Municipality) according to the number of towns. There are 612 villages in the municipality, of which 234 are full parishes.
Vepriai is the most populous town in the municipality and is a local tourism (notably rural tourism) center. Siesikai is best known for the 16th century Renaissance Siesikai (Daumantai) Castle near Siesikai Lake. Deltuva has been the centre of the important Deltuva Land at the emergence of the centralised Lithuanian State. The ruins of one of the first Calvinist churches in Lithuania (17th century, Renaissance style) are near Deltuva. Pabaiskas was established near the location where the Battle of Wiłkomierz between the armies led by Žygimantas Kęstutaitis and Švitrigaila took place on 1 September 1435.

Public institution Youth Leisure Center was established in 2008 with the purpose - to increase Youth socialization and integration to society. The institution is reaching to bring up individual personalities, which are able to decide responsibly and creatively own problems and actively take part in the life of society. Youth center spread youth people social competence, helps youth to integrate to political, economical, social and cultural country and government life, promote youth initiative, self-expression, give ability to realize themselves and participate in youth exchange programs. The institution act in these sectors: information, meaningful organisation of leisure time, consultation, non-formal education. Youth leisure center connects all groups of young people, especially who have fewer opportunities.
The centre has experience in youth exchange projects, in the implementation of multilateral and bilateral youth exchange projects, has close contacts with foreign partners. Competence in working with young people: young people with fewer opportunities for the integration of socially responsible activities, social competencies, the formal system of education of young people drop out (drop outs) motivation, volunteering promotion, promotion of healthy living, environmental education. Existing experience suggests that Youth Leisure center not only capable and competent to carry out the upcoming youth exchange project, but also for the quality of cooperation between the partner countries, non-formal education, youth participation and other priority work with youth.
